How to request deletion

1. Contact your school administrator — the administrator that manages your Zenrith Edu account — and ask for account and associated data deletion.
2. Include your full name, your role (student, parent, teacher), your school name, and the account or records the request covers.
3. Your school administrator reviews the request under the school's policies and, if approved, deletes the account in Zenrith Edu.

This is a request process handled through your school, not an automated self-service deletion system. There is no self-service delete button on this website.

What happens after an approved request

• Upon account deletion by an administrator, personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
• Backup copies may be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.
• Student academic records are otherwise retained for the academic year in line with school needs while the account is active.

If your school administrator cannot resolve the request

If the administrator cannot be reached or cannot resolve the request, contact Zenrith at zenrith.hq@gmail.com with your name, school name, role, and a description of the request and the steps already taken with the school. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
